JOB DESCRIPTION
<br>
Contribute to overall company performance by managing the brand’s marketing strategies, plans and resources to deliver effective and innovative marketing programs to drive traffic and sales. Ensure that marketing programs drive incremental sales and long term brand loyalty by:
<br>
• Coordinating our Ad and Marketing campaigns featuring TV, Radio as well as Print Ads.
<br>
• Track and Analyze consumer data, competitive and marketplace trends to identify insights and opportunities on an ongoing basis.
<br>
• Create Ad and Marketing campaigns and special store events to advertize and create “buzz” and excitement as well as brand loyalty.
<br>
JOB REQUIRMENTS
<br>
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or marketing desired
<br>
• Minimum of 3 years of proven brand marketing experience
<br>
• Experience managing within an ad budgets
<br>
• Pro-Active communicator. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
<br>
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at many levels.
<br>
