This position is for a resident property manager for a South Beach, Miami condominium building. The condominium building contains fifty-seven units in total.

Candidate should have experience in the following fields: property management, construction/contracting, and finance. Candidate should also be computer literate and must be willing to relocate to South Beach, Florida and must be willing to obtain State of Florida CAM License (which entails an 18 hour course and exit exam).

Salary = $36,000/year & resident one-bedroom condominium
