Our Company is looking for an experienced full time Mortgage Loan Processor/Junior Underwriter.

This candidate will have the following qualifications:
<br>
<br>
-Mortgage processing experience of minimum 3-4 years
<br>
-Both wholesale/retail lending experience preferred
<br>
-Candidate must be able to pre-qualify a client from beginning to end. Pull/read credit and calculate DTI and review financial documents, read appraisals
<br>
-Must be fully proficient with Calyx/Point software and Microsoft Office – word, outlook, excel etc..
<br>
-Must be able to run DO/DU and submit to lenders
<br>
-Must be able to submit loans to lenders via lenders websites
<br>
-Must have knowledge of FHA and conventional guidelines
<br>
-Bilingual English/spanish a MUST
<br>
-Must be able to work well under pressure and independently
<br>
-Must be VERY ORGANIZED and detail oriented with a strong work ethic, with EXCELLENT follow up skills
<br>
-Licensed Mortgage Brokers PREFERRED
<br>

MUST BE ABLE TO BEGIN PROCESSING FROM DAY ONE!
