We are currently seeking licensed mortgage originators who have experience working with FHA loans & first time homebuyers. Since 48% of the market is first time homebuyers and FHA originations were up 68% in the month of March – this business is HOT! We currently have local FHA purchase leads and we need a couple strong originators who are willing and capable of working them.

We are looking for individuals who fit the following criteria:

-Have a Florida Mortgage Brokerage License
<br>
-Have the ability to create new & maintain existing Realtor relationships
<br>
-Have knowledge of FHA
<br>
-Excellent & proven sales skills
<br>
-Knowledge of Calyx Point & DU/LP (will train the right person)
<br>
-Must have knowledge of the new 2010 GFE, TILA & HVCC rules (will train the right person)
<br>
-Must be willing to generate their own book of business either through their warm market and Realtor partnerships as well as working in house leads
<br>
