Jail/Hospital Liaison/Daytime Crisis Specialist

Responsible for meeting with clients in jail or hospital and/or within 7 days of discharge to meet contractual requirements. This individual will be the VCCC primary contract with Jail and Hospital staff in King County. Also, responsible for handling daytime crises of current VCCC clients, face to face and by telephone, as situation requires.
