We are a real estate broker’s office located in Miami that deals specifically in foreclosures and bank owned properties. At the start of a foreclosure process the bank requires either an exterior or an interior "inspection" of the house. With that being the case, we are in need of people to perform these inspections.
 
The requirements are as follows:

(There will be complete training for all tasks being asked of you)

We are looking for someone that knows south Florida and that will be able to:

-Drive to different houses
 
-Take either exterior or interior pictures of homes
 
-Be able to complete a multitude of tasks including but not limited to, occupancy checks, scheduling property maintenance and weekly inspections of properties.
 
-Be charismatic and friendly. A genuine people person.
 
-Must be computer savvy
 
-Detail oriented
 
-Get paid 10 an hour + gas and toll reimbursement. (Raise given after 90 days)

For exterior photos:
 
-You would simply have to drive by and take a few pictures of the house and neighborhood

For interior photos:
 
-You would have to take all the pictures needed for the exterior plus go into the house and take pictures.
 
-You will possibly have to make an appointment if the home is occupied or you will just use a lockbox combo.

What you will need:
 
-Digital Camera capable of time stamping the image
 
-Internet connection
 
-Reliable transportation
 
-Cell phone (we prefer that you have a smart phone. i.e. a Blackberry or Iphone)
 
-GPS is mandatory

*Some of the properties that you will be asked to go to will be located in less than desirable areas. This is part of the job and you must be comfortable with it*
