United Collection Bureau, Inc. a fifty year old well established debt collection agency is seeking a competitive and self-driven Collection Trainer for its Davie, Florida Location. Primary responsibility is to train and motivate staff to ensure top level performance for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have successful experience and knowledge of 3rd party telephone collection techniques, procedures, and policies; knowledge of FDCPA and all other collection laws; and knowledge in the use of collection software including skip tracing.

Salary range: 30-50k commensurate with experience and qualifications + Benefits.
