Bankruptcy Specialist-Kendall
Responsibilities Include:
•Working in a fast-paced, results driven environment where various bankruptcy related processes will occur daily.
•Filing proof of claims on all chapters.
•Reviewing bankruptcy payments and submitting to applicable department for posting.
•Preparing documents for signature per attorney’s request.
•Conducting research on bankruptcy matters such as: payment applications, payment history, trustee ledger, cancelled checks, etc.
•Providing documents as requested and respond to attorney inquiries.
•Preparing and sending Loss Policies and updating Collections Bankruptcy system.
•Coordinating reaffirmations.
•Opening, updating, and closing loans.
•Working knowledge of accepted business practices in the bankruptcy field, plus a strong understanding of Federal bankruptcy processes required.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills and knowleged of Microsoft Office- Excel and Word in particular, required.
•High school diploma or equivalent required.
•Minimum 12 months of Bankruptcy portfolio management experience preferred.

Branch Operations Manager-Airport/Coral Gables/Homestead
Responsibilities Include:
•Supervising the branch staff in conjunction with the Branch Manager.
•Monitoring performance, preparing evaluations, overseeing work flow, coordinating training of employees, provide general assistance to personnel as needed.
•Promoting superior member service.
• Ensuring that sales productivity is maximized while maintaining smooth and efficient branch operations and providing staff motivation.
•Minimum two year college degree or equivalent training/experience required.
•Excellent verbal/written communication skills and high school diploma or equivalent required.

Credit Analyst-Kendall
Responsibilities Include:
•Evaluating consumer loans and lines.
•Making loan decisions for approvals, written exceptions to approve loans, denials, and withdrawals.
•Having thorough knowledge of consumer loan documentation, compliance and lending laws.
•Preparing closing documentation for all consumer loans and fund requests based on credit union policies and procedures.
•Resolving member loan complaints and issues on new and closed loans.
•Review applicant’s information and recommends insurance products.
•Candidate must be able to work evening and Saturday hours.
•Two or more years’ previous experience highly desirable.
•High school diploma or equivalent required.

Branch Greeter-Miami Gardens
Responsibilities Include:
•Greeting and providing information to members entering the branch.
•Establishing rapport with members and assisting them with walk-in services.
•Logging member into system and directing member to appropriate personnel/department.
•Ensuring members are being serviced in a timely manner and teller traffic runs efficiently
•Candidate must have on going customer service oriented personality, be able to multi-task, and pay high attention to detail.
•At least one year experience in the retail/hospitality/banking industry preferred.
•High School diploma or equivalent required.
•Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be flexible to work extended branch and Saturday hours.

Financial Services Representative-Hialeah
Responsibilities Include:
•Providing account services to members and resolving member inquiries and issues.
•Cross-selling credit union products and services.
•Communicating face to face effectively with current/prospective member.
•Having a thorough understand of credit union policies and procedures along with an in-depth knowledge of credit union products and services.
•Intermediate PC skills are required along with excellent verbal/written communication skills.
•High school diploma required, along with the ability to work extended branch and Saturday hours.
•Bilingual- English/Spanish required.

Full Time and Part-Time Tellers -Kendall, Miami Gardens & North Miami Beach, and Full-Time Floating Tellers (throughout Miami-Dade County)

Responsibilities include:

• Constant and direct contact with CU members

• The ability to accurately record information, communicate effectively and able to work quickly, efficiently and accurately.

• Six months cash handling experience in a financial institution preferred.

• Intermediate computer skills necessary.

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work extended branch and Saturday hours

• Floating Tellers will travel between Credit Union branch locations.
