•Maintain entrance ways, lobbies, common areas, laundry rooms, club house, and card rooms of all buildings in community
<br>
•Wipe, clean, wash walls, glass surfaces, door frames, light switches baseboards in laundry rooms and all floors of building
<br>
•Empty trash cans, cigarette urns
<br>
•Remove cobwebs from walls and ceilings
<br>
•Wipe and clean benches, boards, mail boxes etc.
<br>
•Clean, mop, vacuum, polish floors, dust all surfaces, clean bathrooms, elevators etc
<br>
•Maintain inventory of cleaning products
<br>
•Replace light bulbs
<br>
•Minor building repairs or bring to the attention of company to make repairs
<br>
•Hose down trash rooms, sanitize trash chutes etc
<br>
•Maintain swimming pool: check, records and replace: chlorine, PH/Alkalinity levels, chemical feeders, clean pool pump filter etc
<br>
•Maintain pool deck and furniture clean
<br>
•Painting walls, pool deck once a year
<br>

OTHER:
<br>
• Apartment complex is located in Lauderdale Lakes (Near Turnpike/Oakland Park Blvd)
<br>
• Full Time Job, Work Week: M – F (7-3:30 or 8-4:30)
<br>
• Interview in March, Job begins April 1st.
<br>
• Company offers paid vacation and holidays (no insurance available)
<br>
• Must be able to communicate well in english
<br>
