Requirements:

Must be HVAC / EPA certified
<br>
Minimum 2 years property maintenance
<br>
Valid drivers liscense
<br>
On -Call hours required

Able to lift min of 50 lbs

Looking for a Janitorial Supervisors and Cleaners.

This position is PART TIME only at NIGHT.
<br>

Supervisor Position- Must have some experience. Duties for this position will be providing direction the janitorial staff. Makes rounds to check for crew coverage of designated work areas, assigns needed coverage, gives special cleaning instructions and/or assignments. Identifies staff development and training needs and ensures that training is obtained.Conducts inspections and investigates tenant complaints of the building to check for cleanliness.

Cleaner Positions- No experience needed, many positions available part time to clean a building with many tennants. Must have reliable transportation.
