Administrative Position in Property Management Company (Miami Beach)
Administrative Position open for top Property Management company located in Miami Beach. Looking for dedicated individual to work in high pace office environment. This is a full time position with approximately 30 – 40 hours per week. Can offer flexible work schedule to coincide with class schedule for applicants attending college. Compensation will be based on experience with a starting salary of $10 – $15 per hour. Entry level applicants that do not meet criteria #1 below and are looking for an opportunity to learn and grow with our company are welcomed and must simply include a written explanation describing why they should be considered for the position.

In order to qualify for this position, applicants MUST have the following skills and qualifications:

#1 – 2 years experience with either property management or real estate field
<br>
#2 – 2 years experience with QuickBooks accounting software.
<br>
#3 – Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
<br>
#4 – Good oral and written Spanish communication skills.
<br>
#5 – Proven ability to multi task and handle challenging situations.
<br>
#6 – Knowledgeable with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
