Job Purpose:

The Marina Accountant is responsible for collaborating with the Marina Manager and the

bookkeeper on site to review and process the daily accounting transactions for the marinas.

Job Duties:
<br>

• Reviewing and processing daily accounting transactions.
<br>
<br>
• Review and approving accounts payable for the marinas.
<br>
<br>
• Preparing balance sheets reconciliations.
<br>
<br>
• Reconciling bank accounts.
<br>
<br>
• Preparing monthly financial statements.
<br>
<br>
• Preparing daily cash flow.
<br>
<br>
• Review and monitoring accounts receivable to ensure proper and timely collections.
<br>
<br>
• Preparing journal entries on a monthly basis.
<br>
<br>
• Analysis of and reconciliation of general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
<br>
<br>
• Process month-end balancing and journal entries.
<br>
<br>
