Small renewable energy company is seeking a new full time assistant to take care of general clerical duties and assist the Owner and COO with other tasks as needed.

Basic duties include:
<br>
<br>
• Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member
<br>
• Meet and greet clients and visitors
<br>
• Create and modify documents
<br>
• Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
<br>
• Maintain database and filing system
<br>
• Setup and coordinate meetings
<br>
• Support with projects and presentations
<br>
• Other duties as assigned
<br>
<br>
Knowledge and Skill requirements:
<br>
• PC & Mac skills
<br>
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
<br>
• Bilingual abilities a plus but not required
<br>
• Ability to type 50wpm +
<br>
• Past contracting experience a plus
<br>
• Good communication skills and etiquette
<br>
<br>
